Как правильно называть цифры:

Порядковые числительные формируются
с помощью окончания -th, но есть исключения для цифр 1, 2, 3:

1st - the first (первое) → September 1st

2nd - the second (второе) → September 2nd

3rd - the third (третье) → September 3rd

4th ... 20th - добавляем -th (fourth, twentieth)

21st - twenty-first,

22nd - twenty-second,

23rd - twenty-third

28th - twenty-eighth
